Drive Yoga Studio of Methuen is joining the 11th annual Spin for Animals to help raise much-needed funds for the thousands of homeless animals that find their way to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm each year.
From hamsters to horses, Nevins Farm provides the care and love that these animals so desperately need, as they wait for their "forever" homes.
For the non-spinners out there, Drive will be offering the following alternative classes on Sunday, February 9th!
- 7 - 8am: Synergy Boot Camp: A high intensity interval training program based on resistance.
- 8:15 - 9:30am: Ashtanga Flow: A high paced, heated yoga class based on the primary series of Ashtanga yoga. Some yoga experience is encouraged for this class.
- 10 - 11:15am: Deep Stretch Yoga: A gentle, soothing yoga class open to all levels. Great for beginners!
- 11:30am - 12:30pm: Max Shred: A heated cardio fitness class utilizing dumbell, band and body weight resistance.
