Due to the impending snow storm, the Spin for Animals at Latitude Sports Club in Salisbury will be held on Saturday February 16th from 8am-11am. Latitude Sports Club in Salisbury is joining the 10th annual Spin for Animals, to help raise much-needed funds for the thousands of homeless animals that find their way to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm each year. From hamsters to horses, Nevins Farm provides the care and love that these animals so desperately need, as they wait for their "forever" homes.
The Spin at the Salisbury Latitude kicks off at 7am with a Triathlon - yes you heard that right!
●7am 20 minutes swim
●7:30am 25 minute run
●1 hour spin either at 8am, 9am, or 10am if you need a break! Triathlon fee is $50.
The Group Fitness Classes will also get in on the action! Beginning at 7:15am with Cardio Kick and running through the 11:15am Yoga class, all morning fitness classes will have a voluntary $10 donation to come into the classes.
But if you just want to Spin, sign up for a spin class between 8am-11am, for one, two, or all three hours. After registering online, be sure to call and confirm an available bike during the hour(s) you want to spin! Contact us at (978) 462-5662.
