Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
On November 17th I will be running my first marathon and with your help and support I want to take this opportunity to raise $500 for the MSPCA and help stop animal cruelty.
I will be running to raise funds for this organization that provides services to animals, including animal protection and adoption, advocacy, humane education, law enforcement and the highest-quality veterinary care available anywhere in the world. The MSPCA provides direct hands-on care to hundreds of thousands of animals each year.
I'm the fortunate owner of two special dogs Cacey and Mylee. We adopted Cacey when she was 7 and had been retired from breeding. Almost two years later, her daughter Mylee joined us after having one litter. I can't image our lives without these two amazing dogs and we do our best to make sure they have the best lives possible.
Unfortunately, not all animals are this lucky. When I first learned about Puppy Doe & the horrors she suffered, I became acutely aware of the reality of the helplessness of animals & the cruelty of some individuals. I felt hopeless because I didn't know what I could personally do to help prevent such a tragedy from happening again. Raising money for the MSPCA seemed like a good place to start.
Without any government funding, it is only with your help that the MSPCA-Angell is able to care for sick, injured, neglected, and abused animals.
Thank you for your support and please consider donating today!
