ask governor patrick
to sign pet trust bill
In the last hours of the session, the Massachusetts legislature passed H.1467. This bill allows for legally enforceable trusts to

trapping law unchanged
Though Senator Rosenberg's reasonable amendment to the trapping bill passed the Senate, it was blocked in the House (it would have required collection of trapping data).
