    federal legislation needs YOUR SUPPORT

The Massachusetts Congressional delegation has a very good record on animal protection issues.  However, there are a few bills that can now use your support.  A new bill, H.B.5092, filed after the Supreme Court struck down a more broad 1999 federal law, would ban "crush videos".  Please ask your Representative to sign on to H.B. 5092 if he/she hasn't already done so.  Also, please ask our new U.S. Senator, Scott Brown to sign on to ban horse slaughter (S. 727) and require fur labeling (S. 1076).
