    stop animal homelessnesS!

catA bill pending in the Senate would reduce the number of homeless animals by creating a statewide spay/neuter fund.  S. 1033 would also require animal control officers to be trained, and create a non-breed specific statewide dangerous dog control law.  It would also ensure humane euthanasia for stray animals.  Take action here>>
