Help Us Keep Animals WarmSad Dog

The MSPCA-Angell cares for thousands of animals each year. Many of these animals will enter our open doors homeless, injured or abused. While the number of pets we care for may seem daunting, it is through your assistance that they leave us happy, healthy and to wonderful new homes.

As the economy struggles, we are caring for more animals than in previous years. Thousands of animals, from dogs and cats to rabbits and horses, have been surrendered to our adoption centers due to a financial crisis in the owner’s household. While surrenderers provide us with valuable information that facilitates adoptions, we frequently encounter stray animals or pets who are "dumped" at our facilities - in the parking lots and entryways.

The MSPCA-Angell serves as a resource for communities within the Commonwealth and beyond our borders. Our programs, including Pets in Housing, Pet Care Assistance and Dog Training, have helped to keep families and their pets together over the years.

It is through your generosity that we can help pets who are in our care, are facing surrender or the illegal act of willful abandonment.

Please help us help them with a donation to the MSPCA-Angell’s General Fund. Your donation will go where it is most needed this upcoming holiday season, whether it is for a homeless dog on Cape Cod, a surrendered horse at Nevins Farm or to help a pet owner in Boston afford a life-saving treatment so they can bring their pet back home.
