The SPOT (Stop Pet Overpopulation Today) includes a certificate program that can be used at participating vets as well as our own clinic. Spay/neuter assistance is available to low income pet owners. Second Chance also collaborates with the Dakin Animal Shelter to provide free spay/neuter assistance for barn and feral cats in our area.
